Every time I call to make an appointment the staff sounds like they are rushing you off the phone. Today was the ultimate when I was trying to ask about a refill until my son could get to the appointment date, since she wasn't done on her end, she yelled saying "wait wait wait" I stopped talking and waited for her to finish then when she was ready, I asked her why was she so unprofessional to tell at me instead of stating that she was not done and to give her a second with a please after in a nice friendly matter. ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC. Staff is incredibly rude, they are never open and God forbid you need the doctor to put in a refill. Be prepared to wait for weeks for anything to be done because no one here cares about you or your diabetes. They literally let me rot with medical supplies for weeks and forced me to find another endocrinologist. I'm going to report this business to the state for negligence and I hope the guilt consumes them for what they do to people
