앞으로 다니실분 - 구글 리뷰를 얼마나 보겟는가 싶지만 그래도 좀 도움이 될까싶어 남겨봅니다 (in English below) 그리고 원장님 기회되시면 구글 리뷰 좀 보세요 어떤 평가가 있는지 중요한 전화 (예를들어 약 리필이나 그외 환자가 필요한 물건이 필요한 일)가 있음 꼭 찾아가야 합니다 전화로는 나의 의견이 깡그리 무시 됩니다 의사나 간호사에게 전달이 안되고 안내데스크에서 담당자가 - 전화해 드립니다, 나중 오후에 전화 해 주세요 라고는 감감 무소식 입니다 그 후로 연락 아예 없습니다 그래도 꼭 전화로만 해야할 사정이라면 전화 받는 사람 이름을 반드시 물어보고 만약 팩스나 이메일을 하면 꼭 기록을 남겨두세요 나중에 직접 가서 따질일이 생겼을때 필요합니다 서로 잘못을 미루기나 하고 참 답답합니다 전 이번에 두번째 당하는데 의사샘은 친절해서 계속 다닐거고해서 참으려고 하다가 앞으로 새로 오실분들 참고하시라고 사람이 게으르면 똑똑하던가, 멍청하면 부지런하던가, 해야 되는데 게으르고 멍청하면 사고가 나게되어 있음 기본적으로 해야될일과 ... read more

I hope a nurse doesn’t judge patient’s discomfort physical issues lightly, and I hope they find out why drugs that aren't approved by insurance are not approved and let the patient know honestly. If they don’t have time, that can be understand, but isn’t it natural for the patient to not know the details of what’s done clinically?

They ask you to pay deposit of 200 to see a physician which is illegal. If you are lucky, you may receive the deposit back. It is impossible to speak to a billing person and the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw few reviews similar to my experience and I should have paid more attention to those. I am in healthcare and I am very surprised to see how patients are treated unfairly.
