My Father and I stopped at CK bikes on our bike trip from Windsor Locks, CT to Bar Harbor, ME. The owner Craig was beyond helpful. He stocked us up with some energy chews and water for the ride. He wanted to give us some spare tubes but we declined since we're already stocked. Such a great shop!
Best bike shop around!
I went in to have my chain replaced which Craig said would take 5 minutes. I then questioned him about the noise my cassette had been making for a while when I shifted and he diligently took the time to make the proper adjustments and then apologized to me that it was longer than 5 minutes! Thank you Craig and I will definitely be using your shop in the future.
I brought my bike to Craig to have a lower geared cassette installed. He took the time to find out where I ride and what I wanted then gave me options along with his recommendation. I am very happy with the new gearing. Loved the personalized service. Support your local bike shop!
Excellent place! I did the Bike 101 class and learned an insane amount about bikes and bike maintenance. After tuning mine in the shop I set a new personal speed record, 48 MPH
