I called on a Friday to ask if I could bring my car in on a Saturday, they said "sure, no problem" and insisted I didn't need an appointment. The next day, "sorry, we're full; it will have to wait until Monday." So I wait until Monday. They proceed to tell me my car won't pass inspection because I need new brakes.
