My husband was extremely excited because it was his birthday June 15th. I made a reservation for 4:30pm yesterday June 15, 2026. We arrived at 3:58pm and decided to sit in our car until 4:15pm. So the food here was very good and the service was good, however, the place looks to be on life support. Low staff, out of dinner items, the beer kegerator was broken, they were out of Tito’s vodka. The menu was truncated verses what is shown online. The liquor shelf was nearly bear. I liked this place when I first visited a couple of years ago. And I hope they can pull it out because the idea and the food is awesome. Good luck and I wish CJ’s the best.
Make sure you are ordering from a person because their online services are horrible. Ordered through door dash. Said they were open till 11 (Friday night) got there about 9:40, closed. I received text saying they received my order and one even saying that it was ready to be picked up. I assume since they were closed depending charger just fall off my card. Wrong. I was charged. the chicken tenders were full of flavor and very crisp which is what I love. I also got macaroni and cheese, sweet potatoes, baked beans, in the cornbread.
Banana pudding tasted old the bananas were even brown and when i was eating it something hard like a chip
