Left at least a half dozen messages about needing repairs to faucets in master bathroom. Have used their services before, but can't get anybody to call me back this time. Will take my business elsewhere.
Mike is competent and honest plumber. We had difficult dishwasher installation and he got it done properly at reasonable charge. Had all needed parts on his truck.
They repaired a blackflow issue and also completed the backflow inspection on Sept 1, 2020. They never reported the inspection which has caused the county to issue a service order costing us additional dollars. CJ's do not answer their phones or respond to multiple messages. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and follow through.
Left us hanging with backflow test. Had fine and new guy said it was not working for years. Gate valve was rotted off. Never would return calls.
I had a leak from my toilet. Called at 830 they were at my house at 930. Friendly fast efficient fair priced job.
