Spent about $15,000.00 to get water drainage issue fixed and trees with burm to start. Wound up having to let him install sod and sprinklers because if we left new dirt open to elements possibility of it getting washed away. After three months the results burm and trees in. Water issue even worse, had to have someone come in and fix sprinkler programing after it stopped working a month in. I'm going to need to move some of sprinklers.
