Our old opener gave up the ghost so I called CJ'S, who had given us great service in the past. The technician was here and working about 90 minutes after I left a message and 45 minutes later we had a brand new opener. The tech also determined that the old keypad was compatible with the new opener, which saved us a little money. Super friendly, no pressure to "upsell" and great quality.
Dealing with CJs was an absolute pleasure from my first phone call to completion of two garage doors repairs. Door spring broke and wife's car was trapped inside garage. Made the phone call and received prompt service within hours that remedied the trapped car problem. Technicians returned a few days later and worked all the other repairs to my satisfaction. Wow!!!! Amazing customer service. CJs is fast and professional. Arrived when they said they would, same day appointment- arrived within 20 mins of 1st call. Had parts to fix our broken spring, no need for a 2nd appointment. Easiest and quickest home repair ever. Highly recommend.
The garahe door on a client’s property broke during a buyers home inspection. CJ’s was iut within 30 minutes to repair it. They are on the top of my list going forward whenever my clients or I have garage door issues here in Placer County.
