I just looked at a review that was not glowing and the management and ownership actually said we love you too? Unbelievable. I’ve gone to CJ‘s car wash many many times and was always happy. This last time I took my daughter‘s car and the windshield cracked when I went into the car wash heard it .I filed an incident report. Justin at the car wash was very helpful. a little deceiving and a lot of disappointment, it should be clearway highlighted that there is no interior and no tire shine, basically nothing, I selected the Gold option (which include time shine by the way) and it is just the outside of the car, I had to vacuum myself and clean the internal myself, which is totally fine, this is their service and their super high prices, but they need to clearly specify that they will not clean the inside, worst car wash I ever had by far, it was the first time and it will be the last.
Went through this car wash on July 19 and it took off a few pieces of my car. Please don’t go here.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I have been a loyal customer of CJ’s for the past 3 years PAID MEMBERSHIP. Last summer, i had a car back into my driver rear door. One of the employees his name is Ray was very nice to me and told me what to do(issue solved kept going to the location because of how nice i was treated by him during that uncomfortable experience).
