Well over budget estimate as well as time projected to finish project. Also, not completely satisfied finish. Mistakes were made, example - hot and cold were hooked up in opposite knobs in shower.
I had high hopes when calling this company, but was very disappointed in the end. I had set up an estimate two weeks ahead of time and got a call an hour before they were supposed to be there saying they were tied up. No biggie at all totally understood things come up. I then rescheduled my estimate 2 weeks out again and got a call saying they would be at my house in 45 minutes. Never showed never called and when i reached out to see if they were still coming no response. Very unprofessional.
