Jim was prompt, explained how he was going to complete the project, and detailed his assessment of the work before he began. This was instructional for me. He set up and worked steadily. The results were better than I expected. I will be a repeat customer.
Jim was fair, measured the space, and gave me the exact price that was quoted over the phone. It was great, he didn’t upcharge me, or upsell me! Very stand up guy! There are some shady people in the carpet cleaning business, but Jim is a straight forward and honest businessman!! Definitely recommend!

Jim at CJ ChemDry does an amazing job. Carpets that I thought would need replacing look brand new. Went have had them come out again after a couple years and once again, beautiful results. They are very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend for you carpet cleaning needs.
