Couldn’t be happier! I have been lucky enough to have attended multiple lunches provided by Chef Chris. His plum sauce, salmon, mashed potatoes and green beans are always fantastic. When I hosted my own gathering in my home, he made individualized omelettes on demand as well as providing multiple other dishes. The catering was not only delicious, but CJ was highly professional. He arrived promptly to set up for breakfast and returned on time for lunch. The omelet station was fantastic, and the fajitas were perfectly cooked and sliced. Highly recommended!
CJ's Catering has been around for decades and I've used in the past for our Helotes Lions Club and just recently had him cater for our Charter School Board Meetings. His food quality is excellent with everyone complimenting his preparations. I hired CJ's catering for a private party for 40+ people. He arrived early and did an excellent job on the presentation. The food was delicious and everything was kept warm. I really appreciated the quick quoting process and the suggestions Chris made for me when I told him what I envisioned for the dinner party.
