The gentleman that came out was super nice - waited for us to get back the the vehicle ( it was late so we left and were coming back ) - overall good experience for something you hate needing
My car broke down and AAA dispatched CJ's to tow my car. They were quick, arriving in just 15-20 minutes of when they were called. The driver was polite and professional the entire time. The driver asked about the breakdown and tried to start the car himself. He towed my car to the dealership. I had a great experience and would definitely use the tow service again.
Wow…definitely avoid this place at all costs. He couldn’t figure out how to put my car in gear for a week or so. Then he replaces my rear axle and forgets to put on all the bolts. It was making a popping sound. Total incompetence. And then I communicate to him so he can fix it, and he doesn’t respond at all. His dad even threatened to charge me storage fee.(for the time it took him to figure out how to put it in gear). Stay away!
