I called CJM Electric 2 years ago and had them complete a job on a home my family had just purchased. There appeared to be an issue with the wire and so I reached out this week (2 years later) - within an hour or two of my email I received a phone call from CJM. An hour or so after that, Carl was at the house making repairs. It was hot and late in the afternoon - certainly past the end of a normal workday.
