Super friendly, extremely helpful, as well as patient. Would highly recommend for anyone needing a tow in this area whether you’re local or not!!
Extremely disheartening to have a local business treat people so poorly I'd expect something like this from a box store. Especially considering the difficult situation that I was personally in when my vehicle was picked up and I was charged in excess $50.00 in storage while in the hospital, unfortunately they do not acknowledge state statute for storage of $35.00 a day. I didn't know that lack of knowledge held people exempt from following the required legal process.

I called CJJs today after having to pull off the freeway with engine issues. Of course we were headed out of town for the weekend, and I was crying my eyes out on the phone while asking them if they could tow my car all the way back to Milwaukee. Whoever answered at the shop was so patient with me. They recommended that I call a local body shop to inquire more about the issue I was having with my car in hopes of saving me money on the tow cost.
