Came down to the house on a Sat afternoon to find cistern constantly running. Made a call to the plumber who was interstate but said he would see if his son was available. Chad turned up 15min later and managed to stop the water, but didnt have the part to fix it. We were leaving the following day so I left a spare key with Chad. Tuesday morning ,problem sorted. Great service, lovely people to deal with, absolutely recommended.

I arrived home just after 5pm to find the garden tap running, unable to be shut. A quick google search for a local community plumber, I had Chad from CJC Plumbing agreeing to come out and 20 minutes later the washer was replaced. Outstanding customer service, thank you!

Chad is a delight to work with. He turns up to quote when he says he will, and was able to accommodate my preferred date. He is easy going, checked in when needed (eg exact placement of a shower rail) and cleaned up after himself. He made sure to measure the space to ensure the new hot water system would fit properly, explained why he chose the brand he did (size). None of my questions were too much bother. Highly recommend and will use him again.
