The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an accountant and filing my taxes. I first contacted Jeff March 19th as he was referred to me by a family member. We didn’t get an appointment scheduled with him until March 30th, to which he stated he should be able to complete our taxes by the deadline. He did not get them done on time, sent an email stating we owed the IRS $400 immediately with little explanation other than we had to pay a fee for not getting our taxes done on time. Andrew has been a great advocate and endless resource, and the rest of the team has always been nothing but eager to support us, even when we have presented challenging situations.
