I had 2 technicians in my home yesterday who were both knowledgeable and pleasant! The work was completed the same day without issue. They had the parts on hand and everything was efficient. I would use them again through my home warranty program! Thank you CJA Mechanical LLC!

Waited 10 days for service in the hottest weeks of the summer! When repair tech showed, he diagnosed that the unit was compressor dead. Three days later, and after 3 phone calls to AHS, I found out that they would replace the whole system, but there was $2500.00 uncovered repair cost, for normal wear to the air handling unit. I paid for a second opinion and the problem was NOT the compressor. The problem was replaced by the 2nd Technician in 15 minutes and my house is finally cooled. Where do I begin? I got assigned to this company through my warranty. First off their business number doesn't work, 5 days later they don't return emails or calls. Worst service I've ever encountered. There is No professionalism, love to blame and not take responsibility. Never came back to fix anything and had the nerve to have an attitude when I told them they are unprofessional. Rude & obnoxious, never again!!
The guy came and said he can’t do anything because he forgot his ladder and the office will call me. It’s been two days, the office ddnt call. I called them for two says and no one is picking up. Likely they are going out of business which is a good thing. Capitalism works!
