Came buy told them I pay out of pocket because AHS won’t cover the repair never head anything back even though I contacted them o several time

Waited 10 days for service in the hottest weeks of the summer! When repair tech showed, he diagnosed that the unit was compressor dead. Three days later, and after 3 phone calls to AHS, I found out that they would replace the whole system, but there was $2500.00 uncovered repair cost, for normal wear to the air handling unit. I paid for a second opinion and the problem was NOT the compressor. The problem was replaced by the 2nd Technician in 15 minutes and my house is finally cooled.
