I have worked with CJA twice and both times Jason let me know when he would be arriving(always arrived within the window I was given), was very professional and answered all of my questions. I have also had the opportunity to speak with Crystal over the phone when I called just to confirm my appt and she was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.
I got assigned CJA mechanical by my home warranty and they seemed nice when they came out but have not scheduled to come back to actually fix the leak. They said I had to remove my closet ceiling before they could do anything because the leak had starting causing mold which is understandable so I took care of it the same day they came out. My insurance recommended this company to me they responded and came out but my problem frozen pipes wasn’t covered in my insurance, I had to pay out of pocket which I had no problem with I was told by technician the company would be in touch with estimate and Availability I never heard anything from them. I called left a message. Never got a response very disappointing you would act like that very unprofessional , I hire another company to do the job.
Don’t use them Jason doesnt have enough experience in what he does …and he isn’t a man of his word at all he promised he would get my furnace fixed and he would contact me within days he said that twice and never did as a veteran and retired nypd makes you wonder if it’s personal against veterans and police officers …all you do is shell out money save it and use a qualified company
