Had a subwoofer/amplifier combo installed in my Wrangler. It started off rocky, but the owner made it right. The sub sounds great.
The entire staff there is very friendly and attention. Joel & Nando are some of the most professional customer service agents I’ve ever met. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO BRAYAN! He went ABOVE & BEYOND trying to figure out what was wrong with my account and he ultimately carried it out to the end until he fixed it and was politely, courteous and professional every single second. So rude and unprofessional; doesn’t try to help at all. If you don’t want to do the wrk why are u a subcontractor that’s pointless to make someone pay for Calibration then in a few more days; they have to come back for removal, nthn but a money scheme
