Update: I took them up on their offer and decided to give them another chance. If they were serious about fixing it, then I wasn't going to stand in their way. As usual the manager was friendly and they swapped out the Amp. He apologised and said that after my review they called the manufacture who said there was a bad batch of amps that went out with my issue. End result, problem fixed and all is good in the universe. Joel / Bryant just talked to me as a Customer and I am changing this to 5 Stars..
I had them install a Car Play and noticed a couple of issues with the existing functionality that came with the car after the install. Folks there troubleshooted it and took their time to resolve the issue. It ended up being jumping the radio connector which reenabled all the factory settings. They were patient and never gave up on it. Nowadays, in a world good service has become a rarity, Brian and his team proved me wrong. Thank you for the good work!!
