The entire staff there is very friendly and attention. Joel & Nando are some of the most professional customer service agents I’ve ever met. MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO BRAYAN! He went ABOVE & BEYOND trying to figure out what was wrong with my account and he ultimately carried it out to the end until he fixed it and was politely, courteous and professional every single second. So rude and unprofessional; doesn’t try to help at all. If you don’t want to do the wrk why are u a subcontractor that’s pointless to make someone pay for Calibration then in a few more days; they have to come back for removal, nthn but a money scheme
Went to CJ sounds to get my car tinted & I’m absolutely loving my results. JoJo explained to me all my options and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Fernando has been the best person I've ever had to deal with. He has incredible energy and is always willing to help. You can tell he's a great person both inside and outside of work!
