Horrible lady at the checkin window. She needs to learn speaking politely. She said their staff takes lunch from 11 to 12 and then they will start offloading. The actually started at 12:35. When I went to the window at 12:09, there was a note on the closed window that she will back after lunch at 12:45. Why don't they go on lunch at the same time?
Coming 1 hour left you appointment. Truck gps show other site. Very fast loading . Need unhooked the trailer and go park in front.. when get green light back and hook trailer and stop door shipping and receiving for sing paperwork and seal and ready for go.. you have bathroom inside. No overnight parking.
