Don’t come here hrs before your appointment waste of time 1 hour before they ask for you number at sign in but won’t call you follow directions
This place is terrible, on 3 different occasions i showed up for 2 p.m. appt. Just to have to wait until 3pm shift change for them to start unloading me. Giving 2 stars because once they start im usually outta there within 30 min - 1 hour.
My appt was 1130 at least what I was told it was, got here at 1020, parked on the left to check in so I’m not blocking anything, check in by dock 26-27 says shipping receiving, sign in, they gave me a door, unhook after sliding the tandems, park across from your trailer if you can and make sure it goes red then green, once it is green you can hook up to the trailer then go in and get you lr seal and paperwork. Appt 3p.m , showed up 2:15 p.m , check out... 7 p.m still waiting for green light....just a waste of time. be prepared to wait 4+ hours for your load here. Maybe I was unlucky and it'll be faster for yall.
