A pretty fast experience! Those who complain is because dispatch did not pass them the correct cargo information or something! The room for maneuvering is a little reduced From the time I arrived 19 minutes before my appointment until I left Less than 1 hour The lady in the booth was very friendly No one behaved rude at any time Everything went very well Not everything is so bad in this place From my perspective! Evidently Everyone talks about how they are doing in this place
Showed up at 0945 to pick up a preload for 0900. You know, just in case it wasn't ready yet. Well, it is now 1645, and the trailer is still not loaded. Was told by the guard, "It will be faster if we turn it into a live load." If this is faster, I would hate to see how long it would have taken. This place is always like this, no respect for the drivers. Avoid if at all possible.
This is ridiculous! I’ve been here in the door trying to get unloaded since 5am it’s after 8am.!! I’m still in door WAITING avoid this place if you can.
Arrived @ 0653 for 0700 live load appointment, nobody here for check in. 0725 Given door and backed in 0735 loading started 1540 loading done going to guards for Bills Would recommend if you hate life :)
