Professional and personable. I anticipate a good experience with Mr. Cuellar and the crew. Update: I was charged and I paid for 50 piers. I do not have 50 piers under my house. There are piers with shims or wedges. My drywall was cracked all over. My floor is crooked as hell. The cherry on the top, however, was they cut a big chunk out of my beam and didn't bother to mention it much less repair it. Several years ago we contracted CJ house Leveling to level our 2,000 sq. ft, 113 yr old home. While we were happy with the work, a few months later we had a concern regarding something we noticed. We were well within the warranty period so we tried to phone him and we never received a call back. We kept calling and leaving messages and still, would never receive a call back.
