Never, ever trust this construction company. The drainage system in the backyard of the house they built for us is completely clogged and unable to drain water, causing rainwater to accumulate in the backyard. Later, it was found that they had completely buried the entrances of three sewer pipes in the soil, and there was no covering on the pipe openings, which led to the complete blockage of the courtyard drainage system and made it extremely difficult to repair. Would of gave a zero but not a option. Would not recommend this mob to anyone, once they take your money you have to deal with brisbane, never followed up with warranty after build, never showed up to complete the 12month rectification issues. Had issues and got to hard for them and speaking to people in Brisbane and they just hang up. Buyer be worn do not waste your money with this mob.
Would not build with them again, the process of dealing with brisbane office during the build was painful and rude. The build quality is poor and once the house is built maintenance is non existent, Get told it will happen wait a few months then have to complain again because nothing gets done. Regret trying to build our dream house with them!
You cannot believe a word that comes out of the rocky salesman’s mouth. I contacted CJ Homes in August 2023 ready to build. I was strung along by Steven for a full 6 months until January 2024. Over this time he provided a wide range of excuses continued to update me statements saying plans and quotes were “ almost done” but not ready to give me yet. It was a different excuse every week. Very poor communication from the sales team member Steve. Full of excuses and blames others. We were lead on for 10 week's or more. Wasted our time. Upon talking to others in the area seems to be a common issue. Wish I had known sooner I wouldn’t even of wasted time with them. And will continue to share our experiences so others don’t have endure empty promises.
