Jenny cut my hair and beared trim but it was horrible. I explained several times but she didnt understand what i want. I asked no more cut my bang but she keep doing and its too short. I came on Thursday evening with my son to get his haircut, we are regular customers of Emily, but since she was off we saw the second to last station on the left side. I showed her the picture asked multiple times if she understood and felt comfortable with a fade and she got started. This place is terrible. A week ago I had a terrible haircut ever in my life. A skinny old woman, located in the back, cut my hair, but she didnt understand what I asked for. NO ENGLISH, NO EXPERIENCE, NO COMMON SENSE. rough edges, uneven lenghs, no balance. She didnt know what she”s doing. Also she keep touching my face and ears with barehanded with no reason. OMG! Discusting….I paid in full and went to other shop in Ashburn to fix it right away. NOT COMING BACK, NEVER..
