Absolutely terrible experience. I usually go to Jay, but it seems that he always has 2-3 people already waiting for him. He doesn’t utilize appointments in any way so it’s impossible to know if he has a lot of customers already waiting for him. I decided to go on a Monday at 9:30 (they open at 9), but one of the other barbers told me Jay doesn’t come in until 10:30 or 11. Since I couldn’t wait that long I instead went to another barber named James. This was a mistake, as I received one of the worst haircuts in my entire life... read more
