There is a lady that answers the phone occasionally and tells you nobody is there until you arrive 2 minutes later and there’s 3-4 people ahead of you. Each cut takes about 30-45 mins. I didn’t call to ask to wait almost 3 hours for a damn haircut. Pathetic and unfortunate that this is my guy but I’ve been played 3 times now. Needs to make appointments at this point unless the barber is fine with losing customers. Customers don’t have hours to wait all the time they need a cut.
