We usually get haircuts with Maria and have also used Emily to cut my 3-year-old son’s hair. We have always been very happy with both Emily and Maria — they do an excellent job and are wonderful with kids. This time they were busy, so we decided to give Kay a try for my little one’s haircut. Great staffs with great haircuts.
Open most days of the week. English varies (at the time of writing), but grasp of English is not a prerequisite to being able to make a good haircut for a decent price. If you can get past that, it's fine (they understand better than they speak), and my experience is that they all seem very nice and want to do well, so I choose to be patient. Please close ur shop, i would give u zero stars if i could. You ruined my hair, ur barbers all suck at their jobs they can’t use their ears or their eyes, they can’t cut evenly nor understand Instructions, i recommend they all find new jobs please. And some how you take people’s money without shame how do you do it?
Regardless of what type of cut you request, you don't get any customization. The staff only cuts one style and when I called them out during the cut for ignoring my request, the stylist was immediately belligerent and yelling at me. Really disappointed. Was reluctant to post this, but after the verbal attack by the stylist, I felt compelled to warn others.
