I had a wonderful experience with Greta. She is incredibly professional while also being personable and empathetic. I always felt like she made time for me. She always responds quickly to phone calls and emails, even years after my case. Her attention to detail when it comes to wording and specificity is impeccable! Highly recommend.

She had her own agenda and wouldn't listen to what I wanted. It took a lot of convincing for her to put my younger daughter as my caregiver. She told me to 'prove I loved my older daughter by putting her as my caregiver'. Which is ridiculous as we fight all the time. We love each other but just don't see eye to eye.
