Jim is incredibly considerate to the consumer’s questions/concerns and has a way of explaining his trade so that you understand what actions need to be taken. He possesses a true wealth of knowledge where you can easily get a sense for his experience and expertise. Top notch results and a good visionary into how plumbing is done the right way. All this being aside the fact that he’s just a great and humble guy. I’d gladly welcome him back into my home for other future needs and refer him to everybody I know.
My wife and I were very pleased with the service and professionalism we received from Jim. He came to our house right away when we called him due to a badly leaking kitchen sink/disposal. His experience was apparent as he made short work of a messy situation and his price was very fair. I would definitely recommend him as your go-to plumber when you're in need.
My family has been using Galligan plumbing for years. Jim always returns my calls right away and treats every job as a priority. He's honest, professional, courteous and most of all prompt and competent! I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. I recommend him unhesitatingly.
Jim was extremely helpful in a very stressful time when our porcelain sink needed repair. The damage effected our plumbing and he came over on the weekend to make sure it was taken care of immediately. He has excellent customer service and put my mind at ease during a very stressful time.
