Amazing experience with Danika the parts and sales representative. She answered all my questions with detailed experience and recommender the proper product for my needs! I recommend them for all your parts and services needs! Also changed my wipers for me right in the parking lot, can’t beat that service and dedication.
Very bad service. Would not recommend they deleted my truck and charged me for parts I never got. Then blamed everyone else like the “supplier”.
Do NOT bring your motorhome for a safety at CJ Equipment. Worst experience ever. CJ equipment’s “goal” on their website is: to bring affordable, quality service. Well we went to get a safety done on our motorhome and it was definitely not affordable. The whole process was painful. They have zero communication and overcharge. When we called for an update, we were told they were still looking at it. At the end, our bill was over 3300$! Parts were only 400$ (rear brakes and 1 caliper). We paid 2400$ plus taxes on labour.
I was in dire need on a hot Friday, 8 hours from home when CJ Equipment repaired my truck in a matter of hours. Everyone else that I called told me that it would be days before they could look at my truck. Thank you to All of the staff at CJ, their professionalism in helping a visitor out, and truck got me home without issues. Very much appreciated. 👍👍
