Spoke to Jimmy by phone just to get an idea of the approximate cost to clean our slow-draining kitchen sink and we then connected by WhatsApp to send a photo of our sink. Jimmy was very friendly and responsive throughout. After we agreed to go ahead, he arranged for Kunnal to come the same day and Kunnal was friendly, considerate and skilled. Right from the first call to them for a kitchen sink drain clog issue, they showed their expertise, transparency & and outcome related pricing. Jimmy was vert confident that they would resolve the issue no matter what and Kunnal was persevering to reach the resolution. Both took time to explain and work thoroughly. Though initially the charges looked steep, i am glad i went for the solution based and not hourly based service they have. No wonder they have a rating of 5. A Singh

Called Jimmy at 8am on a Saturday due to a toilet leak and he had Raj come by for 10am to help me fix it. Jimmy was very prompt with his responses and a quote after I sent him a video of the leak via WhatsApp. Raj was very professional, found the issue quickly, went to go get the part, returned and installed the part without much fuss. He was all finished within a very quick timeframe and payment was easy via e-transfer. Very positive experience with Jimmy and Raj!! Thanks both!
