Mr Daley took time to answer my emails and to assist me receiving my purchase. I cannot begin to express the amount of individual customer concern shown to me by a man who has a very successful business to run. I will always check first at CJ Daley fir future purchases. My sack coat that I purchased is well made and I especially like the texture of the wool. Thank you and “well done!”

Ordered a jacket over a year ago, tried contacting him multiple times, never a single response. In the middle of getting a refund from PayPal, and mine is not an isolated case. After looking online, dozens of people have had the same response. His should either start delivering on his orders, or close his business.
