Lacks professionalism. When you answer your phone it should be more than just hello. Just my opinion but, they don't seem very confident in their ability to do Restoration work.
What a great experience! My old Prius looks like a new car! They completely redid the outside and detailed the interior. I couldn't be happier. Plus they are charming and pleasant people to deal with - it was my birthday and they even went and bought me a little plant to say Happy Birthday!
Great guys, Brought my part in on Monday, these guys had it done by Wednesday and it looked 1000x better than my DIY job, and it was done at an Affordable price, I will go to these guys whenever I need to do a paint correction
I've been using criz and his team for a couple years now. They take care of my company's vehicles, scratches & dents, and complete paint jobs at very reasonable pricing. Would recommend.
