Everyone was extremely professional. We have multiple commercial buildings and one had a prior alarm company that was not a good fit for us. CIX did such an amazing job from quick scheduling for an estimate to fast install. We had a lot to do and the team who came were so respectful of the space, our patients and details. I am very pleased with this security company. High quality materials and camera's. Different options for service contracts to fit your budget. Outstanding installers (Jay and Mitch), top rate, first class guys who know what they are doing. The service team was efficient, friendly and helpful. They provided us with information concerning the issue, resolved them and checked the entire system for proper functionality. They also resolve my front door lock mechanism issue which show low battery and change them with new ones at no charge. That's was great service and care to consumers which is sadly missing now days.
