Great company! Great people!
Great service. Called to have the cameras adjusted which improved my serveillance view 100%. Was also able to get the software uploaded to my laptop which now gives me more options for reviewing events on playback. Was able to discuss options to increase the time limit on playback events which helped me decide the best option.
Cix security is a great company. They are patient, professional,and helpful. We own a local smoke shop. Bad Apple and now have a new one. We will be using them to keep us safe there too! In a city where customer service is lacking it's good to see a few businesses going the extra mile. Cix us definitely doing their best! Thank You CIX !
