This company is beyond a joke. We waited over 8 months for them to return to finish off a fibre install. Countless excuses and beyond terrible communication. Never returning calls and continuous no-shows from contractors. All round just a crap experience, even a 1 star review is too high. Would definitely not recommend to deal with them.
Absolute shambles of a company. Fibre install in Taranaki has taken 3 months already and final part won't be completed for another 6 weeks. One team for running conduit inside an already run conduit developer installed, another team to blow the fibre cable through, then weeks later another guy came to install the box on the wall, now in 6 weeks time they will send someone back to blow the fibre through from the external box to the inside and put a fitting on the end of cable. Disgustingly poor customer service. Have had reschedule after reschedule. Now we won't have fibre till the new year supposedly. No solutions and only two staff for all of Tauranga who can do the installs. Why bother? Ffs.
If they did work as half as much as parking up down the mount having smoko maybe I’d have my fibre installed
Over two months of waiting for a fibre installation, 3 reschedules and incorrect information about needing to be home for 3 days in a row so time taken off work for no reason. No communication for the first reschedule, I had to call myself to see why it wasn't done, then was told they only have two workers. No confirmation calls as to workers showing up like email said. Workers were also late and did not inform me there were any problems while at property.
