The security guard kept flirting with the nurse as she was intubating my son. Another nurse said " I don't think he'll be able to breathe on his own after this" to another in front of me. Others were watching like this was a TV show as my son was literally struggling to breathe.
I came to the ER this morning and was triaged right away and taken to the back. The med tech who took me back hooked me up to the heart monitor and told me someone would be with me shortly. 2 hours later and my nurse never came in to even introduce herself. I understand hospital staff gets busy but it takes a second to poke your head in and hi I’m so and so I’ll be right with you. I came in and there was no wait amazing already!! Chelsea and Dr Campbell were attentive and very understanding. as i work for another hospital it’s really great to see another facility that gives awesome patient care. Thank you guys keep up the good work!!!🥰❤️🙏🏾
Went in at 825pm to triage for vitals and were told to wait for blood and urine test. 1130pm they called us in for second vitals but no blood work or urine test was ordered . Nurse said she got busy and forgot. 1230am they finally took blood and urine samples. At 3am with no results from neither tests, left this horrible place with wife still in pain and staff full of excuses and empty emergency room. 7 HOURS WASTED.
