My experience was terrible and never actually got the service. Upon reaching the saloon at the appointed time, i get an sms from her saying she is not able to make it and will reschedule for the later in the day. She doesn't respond for the rest of the day when I followed up. Was trying to get to the saloon before my birthday and i already mentioned that to her but she doesn't care. Then followed up with her on multiple days but only got sporadic responses and still no confirmed appointment. Very stressful and disappointing.... read more
Courtney is the best!!! I came to my appointment completely exhausted and hating my hair and she gave me the most beautiful cut and color I’ve ever had! I felt revived and beautiful. My new regular spot!
