We moved into our home October 2020 with zero water leak issues. June 21st 2022 American Water company controls the means and method and has Civil Design inc. Come out and “upgrade” the water meter. We gave access without pause. Fast forward to December 2022, we now have black mold growing after the authorized utility contractor from CDI that the AWC hired finished the “upgrade” on our water meter.
