Absolutely terrible, been trying for 9 business days to contact the surgery while they have a full message bank, someone finally updated the message with closed until august the something. Why was that not on the machine for the past two weeks? At this stage I can't even get my kids records transferred to a new doctor because this surgery is COMPLETELY UNCONTACABLE. who cares about your patients though, right?
