I went in twice to get a thorough evaluation of their service. The first time I went in they charged me $30 for a haircut and I gave a $5 tip. Before me there was a guy there getting a trim and they charged him $15 for it. So I figured okay. I'll pay full price for the haircut this time. Then I'll come back in a couple of weeks and get a trim. That was not the case at Civic Square Barber. They listened carefully to my preferences, helped me choose a suitable length, and offered helpful suggestions on how to tweak the style. The barber also quickly noticed I’m not a big talker and respected that by skipping the small talk.
