I'd give Chris and Milo 6 stars if I could. Absolutely the best plumbing team I've ever dealtwith. (1) Milo replaced a pair of showertaps plus a basin tap mixer, as well as cleared out a blocked drain, all in just 45 minutes. Super efficient! On time - first job in the morning. And he went out of his way to make the job extra clean. (2) Chris quoted a very reasonable price via messages based on the information I supplied - didn't waste time coming in to inspect and quote. When our toilet in Redfern had a busted cistern, Chris came first thing in the morning to check what can be done. We went through a couple of options for the replacement. By lunchtime a brand new toilet of our choosing was installed and ready to go. A very competitive price was agreed on upfront and it was exactly what was invoiced at the end. I'm super happy with Civic Plumbing services and can highly recommend them to anyone in need of some plumbing.
