I just want to provide a review on the civic medical centre it’s underrated for the service it provides. The reception is quite helpful and patient, so big thank you! Apart from this I personally want thank Dr Siva, for for taking care of my husband’s overall health, he is truely a doctor that sees his patients with empathy with a view to helping them in the long term. If you live in the area Dr Siva is highly recommended!! I cannot thank him enough.

Poor time management. Horrendous wait times with appointments going over by 1hr. A Gujarati couple comes in and solicits donations from the doctor. They do this while they are in the appointment, thus wasting other people's time. People have been waiting for over a hour and the doctor still entertains this! Rather drive to clinic instead of wasting time with these so called GPs

Probably the worst practice to go to, do not book in appointments because you'll have to wait at least minimum 30 minutes post appointment and they dont really care and can't speak English well either.

I visited physiotherapist on 13 th October. My appointment was at 3.00 p.m. They sarted my session at 3.35p.m. Really waste of time

Worst experience. Medical centre has to learn time management. We were waited more than 1 and half hours but still our number didn’t came then we decided to move without checkup. Neither doctor nor medical staff serious about time management. Never go this medical centre.
