I love my car, a 16 year old jag.A few weeks ago, it just cut out. I explained the circumstances of what happened to many auto companies. All declined to take a look at my car except Civic. Civic collected my car. My contact at Civic is Paul he has kept me continually informed of each step that is going to be taken to diagnose the fault with the Jag. Really disappointed - booked my car in for aircon regas. My husband dropped the car off at the time booked (10am) and told them there was possibly a leak. Had to badger them from about 3.30pm to know if the car was ready and after getting no real answer, we set off to pick it up. They called me on my way there to say it was ready and tell me how much it cost (£125). Two days later the gas was completely gone. The alternator belt snapped on way to our holiday at mumbles. Civic recovery recovered our car the same evening, and phoned Monday morning with a price. The car was ready for collection on Thursday morning. The hourly rate is alot more than we pay at home, however I feel that this was offset by the efficiency and expertise. Rob was excellent and even noticed a genuine problem which we already knew about but had been unable to get garages at home to address. He showed us the problem, and what part we needed to buy.
