Civic motoring services are excellent, shaun went above and beyond and was lovely and got our car back up and moving with a new tire within 2 hours, including collecting the tire we needed on a friday night. Would definitely recommend them 10/10 service, incredibly grateful :)

When recovering my father’s vehicle the driver operator was verbally aggressive and engaged in threatening behaviour towards my father, who is disabled. Due to his vulnerability, I accompanied him to the door and was personally present throughout the exchange.
