After breaking down on my way home from work, I spoke to Adrian at civic who assured me that he will get someone in the area to pick me up and then about 15 minutes later I had a call from a gentleman named Dai who said he was on the way to pick me up when dai showed up he loaded my car up straight away and took me back to garage would like to thank both Adrian and dai for helping me today.

I love my car, a 16 year old jag.A few weeks ago, it just cut out. I explained the circumstances of what happened to many auto companies. All declined to take a look at my car except Civic. Civic collected my car. My contact at Civic is Paul he has kept me continually informed of each step that is going to be taken to diagnose the fault with the Jag.
