Civic is the most unorganized medical provider I have ever dealt with you give them three weeks notice about Chang of insurance when I get there to get my infusion they tell me there is a problem not a few day in advance that day this happened to me 3 times in the last year and a half kids at McDonald’s have a better chance of getting orders wright than this medical facility Good luck if you don’t have platinum health insurance care
