Box office staff works miracles!!! Had a wonderful WICKED experience!
My sweet friend planned a wonderful and much anticipated girls weekend with her daughter and friends to see "Wicked" at your location. Lots of planning and excitement went into this weekend. All of their excitement was crushed because your establishment failed to accommodate their needs. At the first request from these guests that they were unable to enjoy the show your staff should have taken every step to make it right!! I'm appalled at the actions your location took to make this experience worthless for my friends.
