Love love love it!!! Civic Center Music Hall offers so many different shows, ballets, events, concerts, speakers, graduations, etc. There are more theatres than just the big one, too. I've seen so many amazing things!!!! I love that everyone keeps referring to "the staff" as being amazing, wonderful, etc. Thank you! It makes me proud to be a part of the Stars program! Really nice facilities and easy parking close the center.
As a long time season subscriber, I too am disappointed in the nearly 25% price increase for our seats. I thought change was supposed to better the experience.
Over the last 19 years my family and I have truly enjoyed our season subscription for broadway shows through Celebrity Attractions at the Civic Center. Civic Center employees have always given wonderful customer service and the experience of the theatre is always a magical time. That being said, we are disappointed in the change based on the reason given, how it was handled and the big increase in pricing. If you are the least bit afraid of heights, don't sit in the balcony. Thank goodness I was allowed to change seats. Staff is wonderful and I had a great time.
