Failed to take the time to read my chart at Corwel. Always rushing. My dream is to find a doctor who would be caring and who would actually study my reports and treat them/advise me accordingly. Seems like that is too much to ask for Dr Raam. Will be changing for sure. Very very disappointed. To recap: I go dialysis 3 days a week. Within the last 2 months I had a open heart surgery, stomach bleeding and shantogram done. All was done through Corwell which is all recorded via my Chart. I have always had consistent excellent care for over 20 years with Dr. Raam. Today I would like to compliment, George, an office attendant at the reception window. He was accepting a new patient at the window an explaining each piece of paper the patient needed to sign. He was thorough, explaining each paper in an easily understandable way and very patient and respectful to the patient. I was impressed with his demeanor toward the patient and his communication skills. A+!!
Dr listens carefully, understands the problems and provides medications. Follows up after getting results. Answers all the questions and never rushes.
