Thanks to the guys at civic for the most consistent and friendly service, jobs always done on time and usually lower price than quoted. These guys over deliver every single time. Ben and his father handle the counter and every single time I get a great explanation and they will always give you recommendations without pushing you to pay more. Can’t recommend civic auto enough.
First time customer. Full service was quoted at over a thousand dollars for my CRV at the Honda dealer. Decided to try Civic Auto Repair instead and obtained the same service on time for a fraction of the cost. A rare find these days and definitely worth a five star review.
While on vacation in Nelson we couldn’t avoid driving over a very large rock, and immediately knew something was wrong with our front right wheel. We took our car to Civic Auto Repair and they were amazing! They squeezed us in despite their busy schedule, did a thorough assessment to let us know the issue. Thankfully it didn’t need a repair and they wouldn’t even let us pay them for their time. Very honest and caring - so happy this happened to us while we were close to this shop.
Stopped here on a road trip because our trailer jack stand was grinding. They helped us with adding some grease and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes. Great people!
