I would not recommend this venue for rental especial the Renaissance Room. It was $1100 that included a $200 refundable deposit, and $100 for the handyman. You don't have access to the kitchen so no stove and no refrigerator. Everything my planner wanted to do she would say you can't do that. The is not enough electrical sockets. and the straw that breaks the camels back for me was she didn't want to refund me my deposit she said we left stains in the carpet.
