I have had my septic serviced with Civcon up until they tried to charge us an extra payment of $120 for our service on top of the fees that I had already paid in advance. I had a contract which clearly stated the services for the year. To add insult, I was paying the year in advance. I also had an expensive quote for a pump out which I completed elsewhere for a fraction of the cost they quoted. Do your homework there are plenty of services out there.
