I had a deeply disappointing experience with a staff member named Robby. When I asked to speak with a manager, Robby responded in a rude and belittling manner, claimed he was the manager, and refused to escalate my concern any further. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Civana Wellness Resort and Spa was exactly the retreat I needed to recharge and reset. From the class offerings to spa and dining, they have something for everyone.
