Great pricing and turnaround times for our custom clothing small business needs!
My experience using this company was very poor. I ordered embroidered clothing for my company. First off, I was charged 4% to use a credit card, which is more than any other company I've seen. Part of my order was getting 2 of my own winter jackets embroidered. I was notified when I could drop them off since I currently wear them at work. I was told that I could drop them off after hours and that some of my hooded sweatshirts I ordered would be left out to keep me warm. Always does a great job with our embroidery and always get back in a timely manner would suggest to anyone and everyone. Christine does a great job and her help are always happy. Answer any and all questions. And if ur lucky u will get puppy loving from her doggie if u like!
Signs were good but the lady that answers the phone is an absolute lemon of a human being. Just rude, terse, sarcastic and quite clearly doesn’t enjoy what she does for a living……***and as per their response quite clearly my review was not false !!!! I said your signs were good but attitude……. well not so !!! Thin skin when receiving criticism as a bad business owner will result in being defensive instead of correcting the behavior !!
