My experience using this company was very poor. I ordered embroidered clothing for my company. First off, I was charged 4% to use a credit card, which is more than any other company I've seen. Part of my order was getting 2 of my own winter jackets embroidered. I was notified when I could drop them off since I currently wear them at work. I was told that I could drop them off after hours and that some of my hooded sweatshirts I ordered would be left out to keep me warm.
